Due to versatile design of infrastructure; we have advantage to develop wide range of products consisting high and low alloy steels.We are capable enough to produce casting of steel products weighting 50 to 800 kg for single piece. Alloy Steel

Alloy steel is steel that is alloyed with a variety of elements in total amounts between 1.0% and 50% by weight to improve its mechanical properties. Alloy steels are mainly divided in two broad groups: low-alloy steels and high-alloy steels.

Applications: Valve body, Valve bonnet, Pump, Liners


Heat Resistant Steel

Cast heat-resistant alloys are used in applications where service temperature exceeds 650 °C and may reached as high as 1315°C. It mainly contains approximately 14 to 18% Ni and 26 to 30% Cr.

Applications: Kilns and furnaces, Furnace muffles, Heat exchangers, Dampers


Stainless Steel Casting

Stainless steel contains 18 – 20% chromium and 8 – 10 % nickel. Stainless steels are most commonly used for their corrosion resistance. They can be found in applications where high temperature oxidation resistance is necessary; and in other applications where high temperature strength is required.

Applications: Vacuum pump casings, Chemical industries components


Duplex Stainless Steel

Duplex steel has mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite stainless steels. Duplex stainless steels have roughly twice the strength compared to austenitic stainless steels and also improved resistance to localized corrosion. They are characterized by high chromium (19–32%) and molybdenum (up to 5%) and lower nickel contents than austenitic stainless steels.

Applications: Heavy machinery, Compressors, Bridges


Manganese Steel Casting

Manganese steel contains approximately 0.8 to 1.25% carbon with 13% Mn. It provides exceptionally high level of impact resistance and wear resistance when subjected to work hardening process.

Applications: Jaw plates, Mining parts, Earth moving parts
